Frequently Asked Questions
ARRIVING
Do I need to wear a mask all the time?
No, you will be able to take off the mask once you are seated. You will be temperature checked at the door upon arrival. And, we ask that you wear one and ensure social distancing when entering and exiting the building, going to the bathroom, etc.
Are there assigned seats?
Nope! When you walk into the arena, a Host Team member will escort you to a seat of your choosing. This is to ensure that there is enough distance between your party and other people in the church community. Again, once you are seated you may remove your mask.
CHECK IN
Where will kids check in be located?
We have moved Check In to upstairs to ensure there is no congestion in the lobby. We have marked with tape the flow of the stairs where the right side is for going upward and the left side is for going back downstairs. You and your child will be temperature checked upon arrival downstairs before you can be allowed up to Check In.
